Managing Consultant - Manufacturing

Mike RowlesMike graduated from the University of Birmingham with a double honours degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Commerce in 1996. Since then he has held manufacturing engineering, project, technical and operational management roles in the manufacturing sector before joining Jonathan Lee Recruitment in 2002. He has a broad engineering background in manufacturing processes with experience of lean / continuous improvement techniques, industrial product design of electro-mechanical components and 3D CAD systems.

Prior to joining JLR Mike managed the operations of the Technical Survey Department at Dolphin Bathrooms whilst designing and implementing a bespoke 3D CAD production package. He now leads the West Midlands Manufacturing team, including Supply Chain & Logistics, and specialises in recruiting Lean roles within industry and the service sectors, including Healthcare.
