What Motivates You?

Jonathan Lee, Chairman As a professional recruitment organisation, Jonathan Lee Recruitment is always interested in finding out what makes our candidates tick. That way our consultants can ensure that they work with you to help you achieve your career aspirations and goals.

To enable us do that more effectively we would like you to help us by completing a short survey that should take you no longer than 5 minutes.

The survey is being undertaken by our HR consultancy, Integrated Human Resources.

I appreciate that confidentiality is important to you and to that end we have made sure the survey is completely anonymous.

On this occasion we would like to know more about your motivations, what makes you look for a new job role, what makes you accept any new job offers or indeed what makes you turn an offer down?

The survey is very simple to complete. There are 3 questions which you have to answer by choosing from a list of options.

If you are interested in our findings they will be published on our website later in the year.
