Managing Director

David HaleDavid Hale joined Jonathan Lee in early 1998 having previously spent 20 years in the insurance industry, where he held main board positions as both Managing Director and Finance Director with several major insurance groups.

Initially charged with responsibility for the financial aspects of the group’s activities, he has latterly taken on responsibility for all aspects of the group's recruitment operations.
